I’ve spent so much of my life struggling with body image and nutrient deficiencies that have impacted me both physically and emotionally. I know what it’s like to feel stuck. I wish I would’ve had someone guiding and educating me in my struggle.

That’s why I’m here - to help you get to the bottom of it, to teach you about the power of nutrient-dense food, and to guide you on a path toward healing and freedom.

What Should I Expect?

  • Before our first meeting, I will send you a variety of forms to fill out that will allow me to assess your health goals and areas that we need to address.

  • During our initial consultation, we will dive into your story, your health history and goals, the completed forms I gave you, and discuss your first steps moving forward.

  • Following the initial consult, you will receive an email that includes diet, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations, as well as a sample shopping list and meal plan.

  • Depending on the package you choose, we will have follow-up appointments where we assess progress, create new goals, address questions/concerns, and I will continue to provide education on topics relevant to you.

  • I offer one-time visits, as well as 1 month, 3 month, and 6 month packages. Meetings are via Zoom or in-person if you’re in Santa Barbara.
