Muesli

Recipe:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, pecans, pumpkin seeds)
  • 1 Tbs. chia seeds
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

INstructions:

Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl. Spread out on a baking sheet, and toast in the oven at 350 for 10-15 minutes.

Great with plain yogurt, honey, and berries, or with your favorite milk :)
